Colours
Piccolo Press Colours Disclaimer: As we have no control over how this page will appear on your PC monitor, you MUST NOT rely on this display for colour accuracy. It is purely a guide to the range of colour options available. If you require accurate colour reproduction please provide us with a PMS reference (Pantone Matching System). Otherwise, try to describe the colour as best you possibly can, eg. Postbox Red - Pale Pink etc.
Please be aware that matching colours depends on the printing process used and the colour and whiteness of the card or paper to be printed. PMS referenced colours refer to litho printing on either a coated or uncoated stock.
We will always do our best to match to your required colour but please be aware:
1. Diestamping colours will be denser and richer
2. Thermography will slightly darken the colour and make it denser looking
3. Letterpress will print to a stronger colour as more ink is used in this process, than is used in lithography.
4. Pale and pastel colours, especially greys and pinks are extremely difficult to exactly match (as they are made up of 99% white ink!)
WITHIN THE CONSTRAINTS ABOVE WE WILL MATCH COLOURS AS CLOSELY AS WE CAN.
