Orders
Please send a written order by email, fax or ordinary post. It is very often useful to talk to us first so that your general requirements can be clarified and we can give advice where necessary.

Payment
We will invoice you on completion of your order. Please note our terms are strictly payment on receipt of invoice. Cheques (Sterling only) should be made payable to The Piccolo Press. You can also pay by Visa, Mastercard or Switch.

Packaging and Delivery

Orders up to £250 in value incur a £10 delivery charge.
Orders over £250 are carriage free.

  • With the exception of orders which require the new engraving of plates and dies, delivery to a UK address will normally be within 14 days.
  • All stationery is packed in strong presentation boxes.
  • Goods for delivery abroad (including via BFPO, Outward Bag Room or nominated Packers) are exempt from VAT. Goods delivered to a UK address incur VAT at the standard rate.
  • Within the UK all stationery is sent by 48-hour Carrier, unless otherwise requested.
  • All prices include carriage within the UK.
  • We can also despatch goods using Airmail, 12 or 24 hour Datapost and International Parcel Force Services.
