Ordering Information

Orders
Please send a written order by email, fax or ordinary post. It is very often useful to talk to us first so that your general requirements can be clarified and we can give advice where necessary.

Proofs
We supply one 'proof copy' of each item for you to check and sign 'correct' before printing. Subsequent alterations or additions to typesetting (author's corrections) will incur an extra charge. Request for a proof will indicate a firm order and will be charged for, even if the order is subsequently cancelled.

Payment
Full payment is required before your stationery can be dispatched. Payment can be made by credit card or cheque payable to Piccolo Press Limited.

Delivery
Your stationery will normally be ready for dispatch within ten working days from agreement of your copy. Engraved and letterpress items may take a little longer. “In extremis”, should it be necessary for you to jump the queue, an additional rush job charge of £50 will be imposed.

All our stationery is packed in strong presentation boxes and sent by DHL 48 hour courier service. Please advise us on the delivery address. Consignments have to be signed for at the point of delivery.
